Processing
Orders ship from the U.S. within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll receive tracking when your order dispatches.

Rates
Complimentary delivery on orders $25+ (U.S.).
Orders under $25: $4.95 Standard.
Express (1–2 business days): $12.95 (optional at checkout).

Transit times
Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch (USPS/UPS).
Express: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Address changes
Mistyped your address? Email info@nevermindlux.com within 1 hour of ordering. Once fulfilled, we can’t reroute.

Lost or delayed
If tracking shows “Delivered,” check with neighbors/building staff. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Damaged on arrival
Email photos to info@nevermindlux.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Hygiene first
Due to the nature of personal care, opened items cannot be returned. Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Start a return

  • Email info@nevermindlux.com with your order number.
  • We’ll share the return address and instructions.
  • After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
Please return the unused item per above and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Non-returnable
Opened/used products, final-sale or limited/invitation-only drops (if marked), and gift cards.

Order issues
Wrong item received or quality concern? Email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
