Terms and conditions

These terms apply to purchases from NeverMind Enterprise LLC at nevermindlux.com. Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any eligible discount are shown before payment.

Orders

Use accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. Payment is due when you place your order. If a pricing or availability error affects an order, we will contact you rather than charge an unapproved amount.

Shipping

Orders ship from the U.S. within 2–3 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Tracking is sent when the order dispatches.

Free U.S. economy shipping on orders $25+ after discounts. Under $25, standard is $4.95. Optional express is $12.95, chosen at checkout.

Standard transit: 3–7 business days after dispatch (USPS/UPS). Express transit: 1–2 business days after dispatch. Dispatch is separate from transit. Final options and charges show at checkout.

Address changes: email info@nevermindlux.com within 1 hour of ordering. Once fulfilled, we cannot reroute.

If tracking says delivered, check neighbors or building staff. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us.

Damaged or incorrect orders: email info@nevermindlux.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We replace or refund.

International shipping: coming soon.

Returns

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened personal-care items cannot be returned.

Start a return by emailing info@nevermindlux.com with your order number. We send the return address. Please contact us before mailing a return.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. No direct exchanges: return the unused item and place a new order.

Non-returnable: opened or used products, items marked final sale, and gift cards.

Damaged or incorrect orders: email info@nevermindlux.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We replace or refund. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Product use

Follow the directions and bottle label. The Beard is beard oil. The Oil and The Oil (Unscented) are beard and hair oil; apply to hair ends, not the scalp. External use only. Avoid eyes. Stop if irritation. Contains coconut. Patch test if reactive. We do not promise beard growth or medical results.

Privacy and marketing

Our Privacy policy explains collection and sharing with Shopify, payment and shipping providers, Klaviyo, analytics providers, and other service partners. Email signup is optional. You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any marketing email. Order and service messages are separate.

Using this website

Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy NeverMind content for commercial use without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Michigan law and applicable U.S. federal law. This does not take away mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply where you live.

Changes

Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Changes do not alter the terms of an order already placed unless required by law or agreed with you.
